Replication Data for: Community effects of electrification: Evidence from Burkina Faso’s grid extension

This repository contains replication code and a community-level, georeferenced dataset. The data integrate electricity grid extension (2008–2018), linked localities from the 1985, 1996, 2006, and 2019 censuses, health-related infrastructure (CSPS, 2007), water infrastructure (2008–2019), school infrastructure (2003–2013), irrigation (2008), and roads (2007). Scripts document data cleaning and merging steps and recreate all analysis outputs. Unit of analysis: community/locality. Temporal coverage: 1985–2019.
