Gene expression changes during senenscence in primary dermal human fibroblasts

Analysis of gene expression changes following replicative senescnce Here we induced normal (primary) human diploid fibroblasts into senescence using serial passaging to determine which genes changed expression as a function of exit from the cell cycle. Microarray analysis of transcrpts from senescent priamry dermal fibroblasts compared to those prolfierative primary dermal fibroblasts as base line. 4 independent arrays were used with dye swaps to make direct comparisions between senescent and prolfierative gene expression levels.
