Cambodia (2013): Mystery client study assessing the medication abortion drug dispensing practices of private providers. Round I.

The aim of the study is to assess the MA drug dispensing practices of providers currently stocking Medabon, including actual practice with regard to determining client eligibility for medication abortion drugs, whether clients' gestational age is assessed, accuracy of information provided to clients regarding MA regimen, accuracy of information provided to clients regarding complications and referral in case of complications, counseling or provision of FP post abortion, and promotion of RH hotline. PSK used a mystery client survey technique to gather information from the private providers who care currently stocking Medabon. The mystery clients act out the role of regular clients attending the health outlet and record information about the service they receive.
