Extinction, scattering and asymmetry grids of clouds and hazes for exoplanet science.

This repository gathers grids of aerosols extinction extinction, scattering extinction and asymmetry parameters for use in exoplanet atmospheric retrieval (or proto-planetary disks). The grids spans particle radii from 1 nanometer to 30 microns. They are designed and validated for JWST high information content datasets, see Voyer & Cangeat (2026). These grids are meant to be used easely in any framework but already compatible with the TauREx retrieval code through the new plugin TauREx-PCQ (https://github.com/groningen-exoatmospheres/taurex-PCQ/). The following species are already available : -Mg2SiO4 amorph glass -MgSiO3 amorph glass -MgSiO3 amorph sol-gel -SiO2 alpha -SiO2 amorph -SiO -Titan tholins If you use any of this data in your research please cite Voyer & Changeat (2026).
