Mouse model sequencing for antibody discovery

Sequence data were generated during the characterization of a common light chain mouse model (cLCM), in which the endogenous IGKJ1 to 5 cluster is replaced with a prearranged, modified murine IGKV/IGKJ segment. Antigen positive B-cells from Ovalbumin immunized cLCM and wildtype C56BL6 mouse were sorted and sequenced using 10x genomics VDJ sequencing workflow.
