Concentration Response Modeling on targeted RNAseq (TempOSeq) transcripts from the s1500+ panel utilizing iPSC-Cardiomyocytes treated with four chemicals Fully induced beating cardiomyocytes from the standard donor (Cellular Dynamics) were treated with either Media, DMSO+Media or 3 doses of 4 chemicals. Following 24 hours of incubation, the cell medium was discarded, and cardiomyocytes were lysed with 10μl 1x lysis buffer provided in the TempOSeq assay kit (BioSpyder Technologies, Carlsbad, CA).
