Illumina mapping of Resistance to Albugo candida AcEx1 in HR-5 Oy-0 C24 and Lz-0

Susceptible F2 bulks of HR-5xWs-2, Oy-0xM329, C24xM329 and Lz-0xM329 were Illumina RenSeq sequenced to map of Resistance genes to Albugo candida AcEx1. For HR-5xWs-2, the sample was sequenced on a pooled MiSeq run at TGAC (ENQ353/PRO647-repeat) (bait library v1). For Oy-0xM329, the sample was run on the MiSeq TGAC (ENQ1124/PRO1067) (bait library v2). C24xM329 and Lz-0xM329 were run on the MiSeq TGAC (ENQ-1336/PRO1159) (bait library v2, collaborative run with Hari Karki).
