Single_cell_genomics_of_the_parasitic_nematode_Haemonchus_contortus

Haemonchus contortus is a globally-distributed parasite of small ruminants and is a key nematode model for studying anthelmintic resistance. We aim to sequence all life cycle stages (eggs, L1-L4 larvae, male and female adults) at single cell resolution using 10X Chromium and 10X Visium HD methods. These data will provide key information for studying anthelmintic resistance and nematode parasite-specific traits, with an overarching goal of describing life cycle progression in this parasite in detail.
