This dataset supports the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled “Association of the NR3C1 rs41423247 (BclI) Polymorphism with Glucocorticoid-Related Toxicities in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia” under consideration for publication. The dataset includes de-identified demographic, clinical and genotype data used in the statistical analyses. Genotyping was done by PCR-RFLP with BclI restriction enzyme digestion.
