4D-FastDIA quantitative proteomics of chicken liver in CIAV infection
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents the complete results of a 4D-FastDIA quantitative proteomics study performed on liver tissue from specific-pathogen-free (SPF) chickens 14 days after infection with Chicken Infectious Anemia Virus (CIAV). Raw mass-spectrometry files (.raw) were searched with DIA-NN v1.8 against the Gallus gallus UniProt database (2023-11) using Trypsin/P cleavage, fixed carbamidomethyl (C) and variable oxidation (M) modifications. A total of 7,832 protein groups were quantified. Differentially expressed proteins (FC ≥ 1.5, P < 0.05) were identified, yielding 385 significant hits. The package includes: 1. Differential-protein quantification matrices (Excel/CSV) 2. Functional annotation and enrichment analyses (GO, KEGG, COG/KOG, Reactome, WikiPathways) 3. Protein–protein interaction (PPI) networks and node lists 4. README.txt with methodological details and software parameters These data support investigations into CIAV pathogenesis, immune-regulatory networks, and follow-up validation studies. All files are released under CC-BY 4.0 for open access and secondary analyses.
