Breedwise microsatellite allele count data of river, swamp and hybrid type buffaloes of North East and mainland India

The data file "Mishra et al-Alllele Count (Buffalo breed wise).csv" provides the actual count of all the alleles observed at each microsatellite marker locus in each of nine breeds/populations analyzed in the study. The breed code is provided in the first column, the details of which are provided in the manuscript
