Published daily from 1928-1939, El Mundo was originally established by Spanish journalist Romualdo Real Gonzalez in 1919 in San Juan as a daily guide to local and international news. In 1929, Angel Ramos, an editor for El Mundo and Jose Col Vidal acquired the paper, before Ramos became sole owner in 1944. The paper is written in Spanish. This data set includes pdf files of digitized issues and extracted text in .txt.
