资源简介:
Cadmium (Cd) is an important heavy metal element in soil pollution. Excessive cadmium causes significant stress on plant growth and development, mainly affecting plant health by inhibiting photosynthesis, damaging cellular structure, and interfering with water and nutrient uptake in plants. In order to alleviate the adverse effects of cadmium stress on plants, scientists have been searching for new genes or mechanisms to improve the cadmium resistance of plants. 18313 gene may be some kind of gene related to heavy metal tolerance in plants. It may be involved in the uptake, transport, sequestration or repair mechanisms of metal ions, or it may help plants to resist cadmium-induced oxidative stress by regulating the activity of plant antioxidant enzymes. Studies have shown that certain genes play a key role in plant stress response and can enhance plant tolerance to heavy metals.
