^{The investigation of organisational factors influencing the adoption of digital government transformation in the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development}

The dataset contains the "Interview questionnaire" that was used when conducting interviews with the identified participants. Upon completion of the interviews, the interview responses were transcribed individually. A "summary of the interview transcriptions" for all the participants were compiled in line with the research interview questions and themes. In addition, the individual responses of the participants were also captured on Atlas.ti to assist with the generation of the codes and themes. The Atlas.ti report outlining the codes and themes is attached as "Atlas-ti full report". The data also contains an excel spreadsheet which shows the frequencies on the responses provided by various participants. The spreadsheet is saved as "Data-sheet - Frequencies". Based on the frequencies, the bar charts were developed to reflect the responses and perceptions of the participants on various questions in line with the topic under research of digital transformation.
