Neonatal Exposure to a Wild-Derived Microbiome Protects Mice Against Diet-Induced Obesity

This BioProject describes the bacterial gut microbiome of (i) specific-pathogen free C57BL/6TAC mice and (ii) a colony of Wildlings (C57BL/6TAC with wild mouse microbiome) and their changes in response to various interventions (high-fat, choline-deficient diet, antibiotic treatment, co-housing at various ages, crossfostering, fecal material transfer). The BioProject also includes RNAseq data from liver and brown adipose tissue of the mice.
