Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) Infections in Tumor and Non-Tumor Samples from Thai Liver Cancer Patients

We report RNA and DNA sequence data from tumor and nearby non-tumor samples of liver cancer patients from Thailand. The focus of these data is on evidence of infection with adeno-associated virus (AAV), which has previous been suggested to increase risk of liver cancer.
