Single-cell RNA sequencing of highly purified human umbilical cord primitive stem cells.

Here, we demonstrate for the first time the transcriptomic profile of highly purified human umbilical cord primitive stem cells. Cells were defined by the expression of CD34 or CD133 antigens and lack of lineage markers, including CD45 antigen. The experiment was conducted with the use of single-cell RNA sequencing.
