Start with 00-all.zip, or open a cumulative 10-*.pdf reader directly. This same-concept r34 successor adds exact custody of the Interslavic Latin v019 working tree. That tree is working and unfrozen, with no v019 PDF or cumulative build, no human/community comprehension testing, and no certification. Its applied/hash-verified editorial decisions and uncertainty are preserved as producer lineage; archive inclusion is not a language review or status upgrade. The public Interslavic Latin and deterministic Cyrillic TeX/PDF pairs remain exact v018 artifacts inherited from r33. The German ED0014/v051 source, PDF, and pointer are unchanged; r34 performs no German activation. The controlling workflow remains public in 94-workflow.zip.
