2 nm石墨烯薄膜和10 nm碳膜仿真飞行时间谱数据集

This dataset consists of time-of-flight spectral data generated from 2 nm graphene film and 10 nm carbon film under computer simulation conditions, including time-of-flight statistical files and scattering initial condition files. Among them, the flight time statistics file is generated by SIMION, and the scattering initial condition file is generated by SRIM. The dataset has been classified and can be used for comparative analysis of particle transmission performance of relative thin films.
