Cardio-MultiModal Partial Physiological Dataset: Real Facial Thermal and Pulse-Oximetry Measurements

Cardio-MultiModal Partial Physiological Dataset provides a de-identified public release of genuine physiological measurements suitable for cardiovascular and multimodal biomedical-sensing research. The deposited resource contains facial thermal region-of-interest measurements and pulse-rate/SpO₂ measurements from 48 participant records, together with participant-level metadata, acquisition-quality information, data dictionaries, integrity checks, and reproducibility utilities. The public release contains 346,440 thermal ROI measurements and 18,992 pulse/SpO₂ observations. Participant identifiers have been replaced with neutral research identifiers, and absolute timestamps and directly identifying information have been removed. Forty-three participant records passed the original acquisition quality-control criteria; five additional records are retained with corresponding quality-status metadata. This repository represents a partial public physiological-data release. Raw identifiable imaging, RGB facial video, raw PPG waveforms, ECG, ABI, clinical source documents, and other potentially identifying or restricted clinical information are not included in this public archive because of participant confidentiality, consent, ethics, and institutional data-governance considerations. Additional source data may be considered for legitimate academic research collaboration subject to appropriate ethical approval, institutional authorization, and applicable data-use requirements. The deposited measurements are genuine participant-derived physiological observations. No artificial participant records or fabricated clinical labels are included in this public release.
