Complete Chloroplast Genome of Diospyros blancoi from West Java, Indonesia

This dataset contains raw Illumina paired-end sequencing reads used for the assembly of the complete chloroplast genome of Diospyros blancoi, a fruit-bearing tree species widely known as velvet apple or bisbul in Indonesia. The sample was collected from Cibodas Botanic Gardens, West Java, Indonesia. This genomic resource contributes to the understanding of chloroplast genome structure, evolutionary relationships within the Ebenaceae family, and the genetic diversity of Diospyros species from Indonesia. The data may also support future studies in conservation genetics, plant breeding, and molecular identification.
