To investigate the role of PRMT3 in regulating the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), we established a mouse liver model by administering DEN-CCL4 to both Prmt3f/f and Prmt3LKO mice. Tumors from these mice were performed to RNA-seq for gene expression profiling. To induce a mouse liver tumor model, two-week-old Prmt3f/f and Prmt3LKO mice were administrated with DEN (25mg/kg) via intraperitoneal injection, followed by intraperitoneal injection with 10% CCl4 (dissolved in oil, 0.5 ml/kg) twice weekly at the age of 6 weeks. The mice were then sacrificed at 26 weeks, respectively. The tumors derived from Prmt3f/f and Prmt3HKO mouse liver were administrated to RNA-seq.
