To investigate global transcriptomics of human MDA-MB-453 breast cancer cells in response to the TDO2/IDO dual inhibitor AT0174 treatment in compared with the vehicle control Overall design: Breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-453 at attached culture and forced suspension culture was treated with AT0174 or vehicle control (DMSO) for 48 hours, the cells were then collected for Bulk RNA sequencing. All conditions were performed with biological triplcates.
