This dataset contains BigWig (.bw) signal tracks derived from Methylated RNA Immunoprecipitation sequencing (meRIP-seq) experiments performed as part of a study investigating the role of the METTL3/STC2 axis in colorectal cancer (CRC) drug resistance and metastasis. The files represent signal coverage for both the anti-m6A antibody Immunoprecipitation (IP) samples and the corresponding Input control samples, mapped to the human reference genome (GRCh38/hg38).
