Lipidomics analysis of EV-treated samples

This dataset contains lipidomics data derived from EV-treated and control samples analyzed using LC–MS. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) were isolated from probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici and applied to experimental samples. The dataset includes normalized peak intensity tables, sample information, and methodological details. All data were acquired using a Thermo Q Exactive LC–MS platform under negative ionization mode. These data support findings presented in the manuscript “Harnessing the unique lipid composition and small RNA-delivery capacity of probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici-derived extracellular vesicles”.
