Effect of Txnip depletion on gene expression of osteoblast differentiated from mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells

To investigate the changed genes after Txnip deletion, we extracted primary BMSCs from wild-type and Txnip conditional knock-out mice and then induced them to differentiate into osteoblasts. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different cells (3 pairs repeat) at the same time points.
