This study investigates transcriptomic changes in the liver of cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice following deep seawater administration. Total RNA was extracted from the liver tissues of five experimental groups: (1) Normal control, (2) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed control, (3) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice treated with beta-1,3/1,6-glucan-enriched extract of Aureobasidium pullulans (EAP), (4) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice treated with Pohang deep seawater, and (5) Cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice treated with Uljin deep seawater. RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes associated with immune regulation and recovery.
