Normative reference value of Modified back saver sit and reach test (MBSSRT)

MBSSRT among the primary school going children aged from 6 to 12 years (N= 350; 203 males, 147 females) were recruited by the stratified random sampling, Maximum distance reached by children during forward lean in single leg sit on wooden bench was documented as MBSSRT score. Mean of total 350 data were used to calculate normative value [95% CI= -1.9 cm (-2.5 to – 1.3 cm)].
