There are five dataset in the fles. Background Information.txt: dataset about the evironmental informations when sampling (temperature, dissoloved inorganic phosphorus (DIP), Ammonium (NH4), nitrate (NO3), salinity (Sal), pH, Chla, chromophoric dissolved organic matter (CDOM), total organic carbon (TOC), bacterial abundance (BA). enzyme.txt: dataset about the extracellular enzyme activities under different seasons (β-glucosidase: BG, leucine aminopeptidase: LAP, and alkaline phosphatase: AP). extracelluar enzyme activities.pzfx: dataset of raw data for extracelluar enzyme activities. SEM-data.txt: dataset that used to construct the Structural equation modeling. TOC_RDOC_BDOC.txt: dataset about the concentrations of total organic carbon (TOC), refractory DOC (RDOC), and labile DOC (LBOC).
