Louisiana Census-Block-Group Special Flood Hazard Area Predictions, Uncertainty, and Modeling Data
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports a probabilistic spatial-completion analysis of Federal Emergency Management Agency Special Flood Hazard Area coverage across 4,294 Louisiana census block groups. It includes statewide predicted Special Flood Hazard Area shares, calibrated probabilities that coverage is at least 10%, nominal 90% prediction intervals, census-block-group geometries, predictor metadata, unresolved-reference indicators, data dictionaries, and reproducibility materials. For the 3,776 census block groups with verified reference information, the released predictions are strict spatial out-of-fold estimates. For the 518 census block groups with unresolved Federal Emergency Management Agency reference information, the values are prediction-only ensemble estimates. The predictions are intended for screening, research, and prioritization of additional mapping or hydraulic review. They are not substitutes for authoritative Federal Emergency Management Agency flood maps, regulatory determinations, or site-specific hydraulic studies.
