Comparing the expression profiles of exosome and cellular microNRA from cancer cells whose expression of nSMase2 was modified by shRNA or expression vector for overexpression. Overall design: Collect and isolate the total RNA from exosome or cells. These cells are genetically modified by shRNA or expression vector for overexpression of nSMase2.
