Data and algorithms related to the results of the Project PRIN 2022 PNRR: Intelligent holographic image-Based differentiaL diagnOsis Of hereDitary anemias (i-BLOOD); Project code P2022WBWXS

This folder contain an atlas about 4600 holographic phase-contrast maps (PCMs) representing red blood cells from healthy controls and patients affected by five different Hereditary Anaemia subtypes (Congenital Dyserythropoietic Anemia), Hereditary Spherocytosis (HS), Dehydrated Hereditary Stomatocytosis type 1 (DHS1), Iron-Refractory Iron Deficiency Anemia (IRIDA), and α-thalassemia). The folder also contains a set of MATLAB scripts released to implement an analysis workflow, taking PCMs as input.
