Formatting data to study the spatial effect and physicochemical parameters on IBMR indices (biological index of macrophytes in rivers). The data were collected from the website “https://naiades.eaufrance.fr/acces-donnees#/hydrobiologie/resultats?debut=01-01-2022&fin=31-12-2022&regions=75,76&indices=8063.” The neighborhood matrix was created using an Rstudio script.
