A phase II study of guadecitabien combined with irinotecan vs regorafenib or TAS-102 in previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer patients Patients with metastatic CRC were randomized 2:1 to receive guadecitabine and irinotecan versus standard of care (regorafenib or TAS-102). Pre- and post-methylation status were assessed on tumor biopsies (baseline compared to C2 between days 8-15) and peripheral blood drawn weekly x 6 weeks and at beginning of each subsesquent cycle.
