· Groups: 4 LysCreGATA6fl/fl receiving CCL2-neutralizing antibody, 2 LysCreGATA6fl/fl mice receiving no CCL2, all infarcted
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. One group of mice also received 30uL of 0.02mg/kg CCL2-neutralizing antibody into the pericardial cavity during surgery. Animals were sacrificed at day 2 post-infarction. Hearts were collected and analyzed via Flow Cytometry. Results were concatenated with PMACS-71 for analysis
