Human Cell Landscape (HCL) 是一个人体细胞景观数据库，通过单细胞RNA测序技术确定了人体主要器官的细胞类型组成，构建了人体细胞的基本图谱。该数据库包含超过700,000个来自50多个人体组织和培养物的单细胞数据，将这些数据分为102个主要聚类。HCL网站提供了景观视图、标记基因列表、基因搜索、数据下载和细胞类型识别等功能，旨在为研究人员提供全面的人类细胞参考资源。Human Cell Landscape (HCL) is a human cell atlas database that characterizes the cellular composition of major human organs via single-cell RNA sequencing technology, and constructs a foundational reference map of human cells. This database contains over 700,000 single-cell transcriptomic datasets from more than 50 human tissues and in vitro cultures, which are categorized into 102 major cell clusters. The HCL website provides multiple functions including landscape view, marker gene lists, gene search, data download and cell type identification, aiming to provide researchers with comprehensive human cell reference resources.
