Through flow cytometry, 3 samples of Tim-3+CD4+ T cells, Tim-3-CD4+ T cells, Tim-3+CD8+ T cells, and Tim-3-CD8+ T cells were separately sorted for RNA-seq analysis, obtaining the differential genes between Tim-3+CD4+ T cells and Tim-3-CD4+ T cells; Tim-3+CD8+ T cells and Tim-3-CD8+ T cells.
