资源简介:

The Haymaker Method is a hybrid cloud-local context persistence and failover protocol for AI-assisted development. It addresses three compounding failure modes: session ephemerality (AI forgets everything between sessions), availability gaps (cloud AI goes offline), and handoff friction (no standard method for transferring context between agents). Version note: The previous public release was v2.0 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19135317, March 20, 2026). Versions v2.1 through v3.1 were internal development iterations over the following three days. Once tooling was in place, the method evolved rapidly. These iterations are reflected in the v3.2 version number. The manuscript documents the full development record across all 12 sessions. New in v3.2: License changed to CC BY-NC 4.0; Respect Chain (16-source attribution); Disclaimers; five-layer HMK1 attestation with DOI-bound verification; Sine/Cosine Theory (60-75% predicted AI contribution range for tool-building); complete supporting document set (Bootstrap, System Architecture, LLM Instructions). Human contribution: 68%. Curve: Healthy. Co-authored with Claude (Opus 4.6 by Anthropic).
