The goat of this project is to explore lncRNA5251 regulation spermatogenesis. We tried to search the mechanism of lncRNA5251 regulation spermatogenesis. RNA-seq of C18-4 cells samples from different groups: 5NC, lncRNA5251 overexpression, 3NC, lncRNA5251 knockdown. The cell were transfected with virus with 5NC, lncRNA5251 overexpression, 3NC, lncRNA5251 knocdown letivirus. Overall design: RNA-seq of C18-4 cells samples from different groups: 5NC, lncRNA5251 overexpression, 3NC, lncRNA5251 knockdown. The C18-4 cells were transfected with virus with overexpression or inhibition of lncRNA5251.
