Data for Predation risk shapes among- and within-individual variation in behavior in poison frog tadpoles Overview This repository contains data and analysis code accompanying the manuscript: "Predation risk shapes among- and within-individual variation in behavior in poison frog tadpoles" The dataset includes behavioral measurements from shelter use and novel environment assays conducted on Allobates femoralis tadpoles from natural pools with and without predators. Load directly into R to inspect model output without re-running computationally intensive fitting. Software Requirements All analyses were conducted in R v4.3.3 (r-project.org). RStudio is optional but recommended (posit.co). See README for R packages used.
