A structured questionnaire was developed to assess individuals’ current level of bioplastic use as well as their intention to adopt bioplastic products in everyday life. The instrument was designed as a multi-construct survey and included a series of items grouped into four key theoretical constructs related to bioplastic adoption. These constructs were selected based on established behavioral and sustainability frameworks and were operationalized to quantify respondents’ perceptions, attitudes, and behavioral intentions. The four constructs measured in the questionnaire serve to examine their individual and combined influence on the intention to use bioplastic products, thereby enabling subsequent statistical modeling and hypothesis testing. The resulting dataset provides detailed, respondent-level information suitable for descriptive, correlational, and inferential analyses.
