To investigate the role of ACOX1, we knocked down ACOX1 by shRNA in HK-2 cell lines and detected differential genes. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control HK-2 cells and its KD derivative (shACOX1).
