Assembled contigs from a metagenome assembled genome. Labeled fractions from a 13C-sulfolane stable isotope probing study were pooled and shotgun-sequenced. Prior to shotgun sequencing, 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of these fractions identified this Rhodoferax sp. as being ~85% of the community. This is where we want to store the data to make it publicly available.
