Spatial transcriptomic data (counts_DSP_afterQC_normalisation.csv) derived using the Nanostring GeoMx digital spatial profiler platform to analyse tumor deposits and lymph node metastases from 10 patients with colorectal cancer. 264 AOIs of cancer transcriptome atlas data. Normalised using Q3 normalisation, for further information on methods see associated publication.
