Dalbergia genome files

This dataset comprises the complete chloroplast genome sequences for five threatened Malagasy rosewood species: <i>Dalbergia monticola</i>, <i>Dalbergia bathiei</i>, <i>Dalbergia maritima</i>, <i>Dalbergia louvelii</i>, and <i>Dalbergia greveana</i>. The provided files include the assembled genome sequences in annotated FASTA format. These plastomes feature the classical quadripartite structure, with sizes ranging from 152,302 to 160,112 bp, and each contains a total of 127 genes. This data serves as a foundational genomic resource for these highly valuable, CITES-listed species.
