Reproducibility package for the Plethodon iNaturalist analyses

Scrubbed reproducibility package for the Plethodon iNaturalist analyses. This archive contains the shared acquisition and preprocessing pipeline, the study-specific analysis code for studies 2 to 4, the study-4 autoresearch optimization loop, the conda environment specification, and the final optimization artifacts (best_config.json and experiments.jsonl). Account-specific cloud deployment details, local paths, manuscript artifacts, rendered previews, and large generated data products have been excluded. The package is intended to support computational reproducibility of the analyses while avoiding disclosure of infrastructure-specific identifiers. Observation metadata can be regenerated from the iNaturalist API using run_pipeline.py, and the color-analysis workflow can be rerun using run_study4.py and run_autoloop.py with locally downloaded photos.
