Landowner gender Edinburgh 1804

This dataset is computed from the National Library of Scotland Land-ownership boundaries 1804 dataset (sourced from John Ainslie’s 1804 map).<br>The dataset contains a the gender of each landowner in the original NLS dataset (calculated from titles and names). This dataset does only contain the a column with the NLS record ID and a gender marker.<br>Possible values for gender includes: <b>o</b> (organization/none), <b>u</b> (unknown), <b>m</b> (male), and <b>f</b> (female).
