This series is a register of permits issued to organisations to conduct Art Unions with prizes exceeding $10,000, showing results of the Art Union tabled in Parliament. Each register is indexed, and records name of Art Union, date application received, who the art union benefits, name of promoter, total value of prizes, date sanctioned, date drawn, results and details of proceeds received.
