Neorhizobium phenanthreniclasticum strain:Rsf11 Genome sequencing. Neorhizobium phenanthreniclasticum strain:Rsf11

Neorhizobium sp. strain Rsf11 was isolated from hydrocarbon-contaminated rhizosphere of Medicago sativa L. This strain was described as a plant growth promoting and heavy metal resistant PAH-degrader. In this project the genome of this bacterium is studied for better revealing and subsequently more effective implementation its remediating potential in the clean-up of complex-contaminated soils.
