资源简介:
You will find the datasets and supplemental material presented in the study of Combes et al, "The diversity of oligosaccharide composition in rabbit milk and its association with the development of the cecal microbiota and the survival of young rabbits". Milk oligosaccharides (MOs), the first prebiotic available for neonates, have been demonstrated to exert beneficial effects on host health. In rabbits, a nidicolous species particularly immature at birth, MOs might play an essential role in the development of the digestive microbiota and the survival of the young rabbits. The objective of this study was to characterize the diversity of MOs across a doe herd, and along the lactation period, as well as to investigate the potential association of MO composition with young rabbit survival from birth to weaning and the establishment of their microbiota. Datasets correspond to MO data and reproductive performances registred in rabbit does.
